Our CCW Initial Course is designed to fully prepare you for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department concealed carry application process. This comprehensive, state-approved training covers essential firearm safety, responsible carry practices, legal considerations, threat identification, conflict avoidance, and the fundamentals of defensive shooting.

Train with professionals, learn real-world defensive skills, and complete the mandatory certification you need to move forward with your Los Angeles County CCW permit.

VTG provides all necessary training and documentation for your CCW Initial; however, applicants must still complete the Initial application directly through the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department

Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
