This is Part 1 (Online Module) for the Riverside County Sheriff–approved Out-of-State (Riverside) CCW Initial Training. Once you receive approval to proceed, you may complete the course at your own pace from anywhere.

Please note: Pricing listed applies to Part 1 (online training) only. The required live-fire shooting qualification (Part 2) must be completed in person and scheduled separately through our booking page.

Part 1 – Online Training:
Students have up to 6 months to complete all required modules.

Part 2 – Shooting Qualification:
After completing Part 1, students must travel in and register for the Part 2 Shooting Qualification to fulfill requirements and receive their certificate of completion.

Our mission is to provide all California CCW applicants with an exciting and comprehensive understanding of the penal codes as they apply to uses of force, safe gun handling, marksmanship, less-than-lethal solutions, tactical considerations, scenarios, and live-fire drills

VTG provides all necessary training and documentation for your CCW Initial; however, applicants must still complete the Inital application directly through the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department
